DO YOU PROVIDE ALCOHOL?
No, you will have to provide any alcohol you wish to be used during your event. We can help you calculate how much liquor you’ll need based on your guest list!
What type of glassware do you use?
We provide recyclable hard plastic disposable cups for each event. If glassware is preferred, it must be supplied by the client and arranged in advance.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
We understand some circumstances are beyond your control. However, deposits are non-refundable. Addionally, once the final payment is made- it cannot be refunded.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit only.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. For short-notice events, a larger deposit may be necessary. Please note that a deposit is essential to formalize our professional agreement. Final payment should be made 1 week before your event start date.
CAN YOU DO SPECIALTY DRINKS?
Yes, we’d be happy to create specialty drinks for you and your guests! Let us know if you have specific recipes in mind, or we can suggest some great options for you.
what will you bring to my event?
Whichever package you choose, we’ll provide the essentials: tables for the bar and backbar setup (if needed), bar tools, spill mats, a water dispenser, cutting board, ice bucket with scoop, tablecloth, and decorative elements for a polished presentation.
